“I believe we all need spaces where we can slow down, breathe, listen inward, and reconnect with ourselves.”.

Hi, I’m Michelle.

The Heart Behind the Work

Key 2 Healing was created around a simple intention: to create spaces where people can pause, be present, and explore what wellbeing means to them.

As a wellness facilitator, I bring meditation, mindfulness, and intentional facilitation together to offer welcoming experiences for individuals, groups, and organizations.

My work is rooted in a deep understanding of the connection between the mind, body, emotions, and our everyday experiences. With a professional background in mental health and years of experience supporting people in different settings, I have developed a strong interest in the ways stress, overwhelm, and life experiences can affect how we feel, move, and experience our bodies.

Over the years, I have continued to study and experience a variety of wellness practices that support relaxation, grounding, presence, self-awareness, and connection. These practices have expanded the way I understand wellness and, more importantly, have shaped how I create meaningful experiences for the people I serve. Each experience has taught me something different about the many ways people find calm, connection, grounding, and a sense of wellbeing.

A Space to Pause.

At Key 2 Healing, we believe wellness is personal. What feels supportive to one person may look different for another.

Meditation is the foundation of our work. Through guided meditation, mindfulness, and intentional facilitation, we create opportunities for people to slow down, become present, and explore practices that feel meaningful to them.

There is no single path to wellbeing. Our intention is to create welcoming spaces that respect individual experiences, personal choice, and the many ways people can make room for their wellbeing.

Wellness in Different Spaces

Meditation-based wellness experiences for individuals, organizations, and communities.

Make Space for What Matters.

Whether you're exploring meditation for yourself or looking to bring a wellness experience to your organization or community, we'd love to hear from you.

My Approach

My approach is not about offering one practice or one answer for everyone. It is about creating intentional experiences that meet people where they are and give them opportunities to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and discover what supports their well-being.

I am also deeply inspired by the many ways wellness, healing, movement, connection, and ritual are experienced around the world. Through travel, continued education, and meaningful cultural experiences,

I am expanding my knowledge of traditional and contemporary wellness practices and thoughtfully bringing those experiences into the work I create.

At the center of it all is my belief that wellness is personal.

What helps one person feel grounded may look completely different for someone else. My role is to create welcoming spaces where people can explore, connect, and find practices that feel supportive to their own journey.

Whether through an individual experience, a group gathering, workshop, retreat, corporate experience, or community event, my intention is simple:

To create intentional spaces where people can pause, notice, reconnect with their bodies, and become aware of what they need.

This is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and make space for yourself.

“Creating intentional spaces where people pause, notice, reconnect with their bodies, and become aware of what they need.”

My Approach

I create intentional spaces for individuals, groups, and organizations to pause, be present, and explore their wellbeing.

Through meditation-based wellness experiences, I bring together guided meditation, mindfulness, and intentional facilitation to create opportunities to slow down, reset, and engage with practices that support wellbeing.

I believe wellness is personal. My approach creates room for exploration, respects individual experiences, and recognizes that wellbeing can look different from one person to the next.

Whether in a personal, workplace, or community setting, each experience is an invitation to pause, reconnect, and make space for what matters.

What Working Together Feels Like

“Working together is calm, structured, and supportive.”

A welcoming space to pause, be present, and explore what wellbeing means to you.

Every experience is approached with intention, openness, and respect for individual needs. Through meditation-based wellness experiences, I create opportunities for individuals, groups, and organizations to slow down, reset, and make space for their wellbeing.

There is no expectation to have everything figured out or to experience wellness in a particular way. The invitation is simply to pause, be present, and explore what feels meaningful to you.

Real change doesn’t come from pushing harder. It comes from understanding what is driving stress and learning how to respond differently in real time. When people understand their emotional and behavioral patterns, they begin to move away from automatic reactions and into more intentional responses.
